The Grachtentraum holiday apartments are located in Greetsiel's newly developed canal district, peacefully situated in a cul-de-sac yet pleasantly close to the centre. The historic harbour with its shrimp boats, restaurants and small shops is only a few minutes away on foot. This allows you to combine relaxing days on the East Frisian North Sea coast with short walks into the village centre.
The shared new-build property offers three high-quality, tastefully furnished holiday apartments: Grachtentraum 1, Grachtentraum 2 and Grachtentraum 3. The apartments differ in size, location and layout, making them ideal for couples, small families and multigenerational holidays. Two apartments are on the ground floor and designed to be accessible, while the upper-floor apartment offers a bright, allergy-friendly setting with a balcony.
All apartments are comfortably equipped and prepared for a relaxing stay. Amenities include underfloor heating powered by geothermal energy, insect screens, exterior shutters, modern entertainment equipment, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, bed linen, towels and a starter pack. A parking space is available on the property, and bicycles can be stored and charged in a lockable bicycle shed.

The apartment is available from approximately 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Keys are collected from a key box at the property. You will receive the key code before your arrival. Any necessary cancellation of the trip must be communicated in writing. Instead of cancelling, you may of course nominate another guest. The cancellation fee will be offset against the deposit. Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period — 20% of the total price. From 44 days before the start of the rental period — 50% of the total price. From 21 days before the start of the rental period — 90% of the total price.

Bicycles can be stored securely and charged in the bicycle shed assigned to the apartment.
Bed linen, excluding cot linen, is provided free of charge, and the beds are made up on arrival. One towel set per person (two hand towels and one bath towel) is also provided free of charge.
In Greetsiel, in the municipality of Krummhörn, the visitor's tax during the high season is €2.60 per adult per night. Children and young people aged 6 to 15 inclusive pay €0.50.
