The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dining area for four people, making shared meals a pleasure.
The first bedroom has an additional TV and a comfortable box-spring bed for restful nights. The second bedroom contains a single box-spring bed, ideal for another guest or a child. The modern bathroom is comfortably equipped with a heated towel rail, bathroom radio, cosmetic mirror, bathroom scales, hair dryer and washing machine.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides additional comfort, especially during the cooler months. The living area also features multimedia entertainment, including Waipu Premium TV.

The Grachtentraum holiday apartments are located in Greetsiel's new canal district, in a quiet cul-de-sac yet very close to the village centre. The historic harbour with its shrimp cutters, restaurants and small shops is about a 10-minute walk away. Shops, a doctor, pharmacy, bank, bus stop and a swimming pool with sauna facilities are also within walking distance.
