Grachtentraum 1

We furnished the “Grachtentraum 1” holiday apartment with great care and attention to detail. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality amenities that meet discerning standards. Carefully coordinated details and colours create a pleasantly cosy atmosphere throughout Grachtentraum 1. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area provide plenty of natural light.
The bright living area features a comfortable corner sofa and offers direct access to the terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. A smart TV, Blu-ray player and internet radio complete the multimedia facilities. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dining area for four people, making shared meals a pleasure. The dining area also provides access to the spacious terrace.

The first bedroom has an additional TV and a comfortable box-spring bed for restful nights. The second bedroom contains two single beds, making it ideal for additional guests or children. The modern bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail, cosmetic mirror, bathroom scales, bathroom radio and hair dryer. A washing machine is available in the utility room.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides additional comfort, especially during the cooler months. Grachtentraum 1 is therefore a wonderful choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
